What to drink with dried out Sauternes

Twenty years ago I bought some Ch Suduiraut 1983. When I opened it recently it tasted more like Ygrec. My Sauternes-sophisticate friends tell me this drying out is to be expected of Suduiraut.
I wouldn't feel comfortable about serving this at the end of a meal and I'm no great fan of seared foie gras. Have you any other suggestions of how to serve it?
