Rami currently in Beirut: Yesterday I did what you recommended in past correspondence and tasted the pale pink of Ksara at Ksara. I think you meant one they call Sunset. The other is Gris de Gris. Shell fish comes to mind here in a simple primitive type of a restaurant by the sea with friendly and fun-loving company. Hard to visualise in cold December. By the way Ksara could almost be another Muslim winery as it is now between 40 and 50 per cent Muslim-owned. The Jesuits, left some five years ago. However in spite of this or because of it, the quality has improved, and the range is wider and more interesting....
