Travelling through Spain last week, we were fortunate to call by chance at the CVNE Bodega in Haro, Rioja. We were welcomed and treated with utmost courtesy by their bright and witty Ana Maria Besga and indulged in various splendid tastings. The gem of news however was that Crown Prince Felipe had chosen a CVNE wine from a blind tasting of some 90 Spanish wines for his wedding this weekend!
