Donna Curtis, Nova Scotia: It may be a bit basic, but is there much variation or culture left in the world in terms of winemaking? And does this ever affect the end -product, which to some extent has become more one of what I think of as "uni-wines"? me: In a way your question is quite closely related to the recent one about Frankenstein’s wines . It is also the issue that was fundamental to the movie Mondovino. I wonder whether you saw it? It’s available on DVD from Amazon.com via this link . I would say that there are still fundamental differences...
