Can fine wine generate £100,000 a year?

What level of wine investment would be required to generate £100,000 of capital appreciation per year? What steps would you recommend for someone starting out from scratch now to achieve this within a three-year period, accepting that the value of investments can go up as well as down and the usual wine investment caveats?
