Any recommendations for Cannes and Montpellier?

I am going to Cannes and Montpellier next week and I was wondering if you could have any 'don't miss' tip besides the ones already published on your site.

I'm afraid I haven't been to Montpellier since our slightly disappointing trip to Jardin de Sens at least two years ago - probably three. And Cannes even longer ago than that. Can any other purple pagers help?
