David Schildknecht, OH: Permit me to pick up on just one of David Lester's numerous fascinating insights into en primeur purchase of Bordeaux . During my years selling classified growths as a retail merchant (which I'm only sorry are over for missing out on a self-indulgent week of tasting each year, not mercantile reasons!), I tried to get a movement started among my customers to purchase one or two 375s to go along with each en primeur case purchase.
