Back in January, in wines of the week you reviewed the wines of Les Clos Perdus , the biodynamic producer in the Languedoc. Due to their unusual marketing policy and the fact they are relatively new you were looking for some feedback. Hugo contacted me last week through my website ( www.corkandbottle.co.uk ) and I decided I would include the Cuvée 21 in our latest tasting, which was held yesterday. I am very impressed.
