Great new wine cafe in Oxford

No idea where this fits, other than that I can guarantee it will interest lots of subscribers. There's a new wine cafe in Summertown [just north of Oxford’s city centre] and it's an interesting model not massively dissimilar to Vinoteca recently commented upon by Mr Lander.
