Perhaps a slightly random question! My sister edits a magazine on the interior decor of luxury private ocean-going yachts and we got into a discussion about the alcohol served on board. I was wondering if anyone knew how these multi-millionaires (or billionaires) stored and preserved fine wines aboard sea vessels, as they obviously do judging by the wines they serve at dinner.
