Who gets to taste en primeur in Bordeaux?

With everyone getting geared up to taste 2005 Bordeaux en primeur , I was wondering who is permitted to attend these tastings and how are they organised. Are they solely for members of the wine trade or can anyone turn up?! There do seem to be an awful lot of people planning to be there this year and some appear to have managed to jump the gun already.
