Am I alone in being a little sceptical about Berry's latest marketing ploy offering a free case of Ch Batailley 2005 if you join their cellar plan now?
After the debacle of fine wine investments in SIPPS and Gruaud Larose 2004 being the must buy wine of the vintage, can we take this latest offer in good faith or view it as just another over-enthusiastic sales pitch that is best avoided.
Amongst other things until a spread of opinions have been published, how can a buyer like myself who would intend to actually drink some of the wines I can get ( hopefully!) from...
