Where to eat in western Sicily

We are off to Sicily at the end of the month, spending most of the time in the west (Agrigento, Palermo and westwards). I understand the good places to eat change rapidly in Sicily, so we're relying on guide books even less than usual. For example, the single two-star, Il Mulinazzo in Villafrati, seems to have shut. Any suggestions from purple pagers?
We shall be staying at Baglio San Vicenzo for a couple of nights - thanks for the recommendation.
