Great times and wines in Argentina

I wonder if you have lately tasted any wine from Argentina? I spent four days there (Buenos Aires) celebrating my seventh anniversary and had the chance to taste very interesting wines. On the value side ($18), San Pedro de Yacochuya 2003 Cafayete had a deep colour, long finish, 100per cent Malbec with an impressive 15.9 per cent alcohol. Viña de Davalos ($45), also from Salta and 100 per cent Malbec, had 16 per cent (!!) very intense.
