The weird and wonderful reds of Württemberg

Steve Dutton, Germany: Re Gold in Rheinhessen , if you want to try wines from a TRULY obscure region (and for the most part, deservedly so), then I suggest you make your way to Württemberg (known for Mercedes and Porsche, but not for fine wines, not yet anyway). Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to taste many of the vintage 2005 wines of Rainer Schnaitmann in Fellbach, on the outskirts of Stuttgart.
