A great Saturday lunch in São Paulo

Rodrigo Mainardi, São Paulo: Last Saturday I had another of those fantastic lunches at a friend’s who is a great cook, by any standard. All the courses were very light and healthy, not to say very enjoyable. 1- Tomato tartare with tomato water, olive oil and basil Champagne Jacques Selosse Blanc de Blancs 1996 Light and tasty, it went very well with this excellent champagne -  very powerful and young, with lots of complexity. 2 - Prawns cooked at low temperature with Cachaça (a spirit made with sugar cane) perfume with sagu and caviar Champagne Salon 1985...
