I can't wait to spend the weekend in a beautiful château near Tours in July. Adore Chenin Blanc and enjoy Cabernet Franc. Which very special cellars would you advise we visit for tastings and purchases? More than delighted to cellar Chenin for the long term. When they reach their perfection, possibly 30 years time - and I'll need to taste from time to time to gauge their development - I'll be 75!
