I can recommend Bonnaire of Cramant. I used to import his wines before I retired from business (I sold our family business, in the family since 1802 - sadly no family succession). Jean-Louis Bonnaire is married to a Clouet, from Bouzy, so he has access to Pinot Noir fruit, although his main business is his excellent Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru.
