What to eat with North Rhône whites
Mario Mizzi, Malta: Our wine club is organizing a white Hermitage and Condrieu tasting-dinner very soon. What kind of food (and cheese) might you recommend to accompany the wines (two courses + cheese)? Thank you in anticipation.

Interesting one. These wines will be very full bodied and relatively low in acidity and the Condrieu is quite aromatic so you will need something quite positively flavoured that has its own freshness so the whole thing is not too heavy.
