How to find the most up to date stats on wine production
Max Eyzaguirre, Chile: I am looking for statistics on world wide wine production and consumption for 2005. All I can find are 2004. Do you know of a wine site that may have them?

I congratulate you on finding stats as recent as 2004. The OIV only released their figures on 2003 fairly recently because there are now so many wine producing countriesd in far-flung (from OIV’s Paris offices) places. I would be surprised if any reliable 2005 figures were available yet anywhere.
