What's all this coal-mining business ? My son wouldn't believe me if I told him both my grandfathers earned their living digging coal out of a hole in the ground three times the depth of Blackpool Tower! Our council now believe we should aspire to become a 'Tuscan hill town'!! So to the meal at the Fat Duck. Trepidation is the word. I love food.
