Shipping wine from California to the UK

I am planning a visit to California from the UK, at the end of September or early October this year; and while many of the better wines can be found in the UK (for a price) I was hoping to be able to arrange for a few cases to be shipped back home when I am done. My internet research so far has drawn a bit of a blank (only one shipper has agreed they can ship to the UK for $250/case ... which would limit me to buying some very expensive wine). Do you know of any options for making small personal shipments (probably less than six cases) to the UK at a tolerable price. (Less than $250...
