I've had a tussle with my wine merchant (in US). I bought a case of 2000 Marquis de Terme, which turned out to be a generique , an apparent 'third' wine from Marquis de Terme. I've since been credited, but he can't explain this wine. I can't seem to find out anything about it. The closest I've come to an answer is that in certain vintages de Terme will issue a generique (Marquis de Terme's name...
