Do you know much about the quality of Marc de Bourgogne and Fine de Bourgogne produced by Domaine de la Roman é e Conti? Last weekend was the first time I ever knew it existed when I bought a couple of bottles from a wine shop in Cannes.
I presume that they are a rarity? I bought the 1985 Marc and 1979 Fine, both which were bottled on the 10th January 2002.
Would they have used the skins and the pips of their grapes which produced...
