Max Eyzaguirre, Chile: When you were in Chile last year you made a comment that I did not forget but did not dwell on at the time, as I was concentrating in my WSET Diploma studies and so at the receiving end of wine making and production. Today I am producing and bottling wine for export, so I wanted to understand your meaning better.
