Montrose 2003 falls in price

This month's Market Report from Liv-ex shows that Montrose 2003 has dropped its price by 13.9% from July to August i.e. from £980 to £844.
It also begs the question "Indeed, why is it that normally rational and considered human beings seem to lose their marbles when buying young wines?"
I must admit to a slight sense of satisfaction having only a small discretionary income myself....
