Visiting the Champagne region

Further to my request for information on the Vignerons Independants in Lille, we have decided to explore the Champagne sub-region of the Aube. We have Jean Laurent's address and will follow Mr Parker's suggestion and search him out. I wondered however whether you or any of the ppers here had ever visited there and whether you may have any further suggestions.
