Excitement and value from Spain

I just came from Spain (San Sebastian and Madrid ) and was surprised with the quality of the wines we tasted. Good values also. Surprisingly enough, one not well known region (at least in Brazil ) is showing some great values: Toro. The quality was very good but also the flexibility of some red wines which were surprisingly smooth partners for seafood. I don't for how long these values will last as some other sources' tasting notes/ratings may inflate prices soon. I wonder if you are...
