Another idea for eliminating TCA

Sorry to bother you about TCA again (see Dogs and corks - why not? ) but I've come up with another possible solution. If TCA is a mould it must, even in the most minute quantities, give off some sort of a gas or odour. (Please keep in mind I'm not a scientist just a wine taster, no, make that a wine drinker.)
Would it not be possible to add a sleeve of paper/cellulose(?) to the top of the capsule that would change colour if TCA were present in the cork? Say, if the...
