Patricia, UK: I have only just read your tasting notes of Olivier ZH's Alsatians. I too admire his drive towards ever-better quality, though for me, an "acid-freak", the sweetness levels in his AC Alsace and, even more, AC Alsace Grand Cru, when combined with high alcohol (13%+) are often too high to make them easy...
