Where I keep my wine
Joshua Lu, Hong Kong : Interesting to read Decanter 's interview with Steven Spurrier. His cellar varies from 6-17 degrees C, which he believes is better than keeping it constant at 12 C (he thinks that "stuns" the wines). Wondering what's your experience in this? May we know how you store your wines?
