Guigal's Syrah/Viognier recipes
Asit Chandmal, Bombay , India : My great friend Sanjay Menon and I are debating how much Viognier, as a percentage, goes into La Landonne, La Turque, La Mouline, the single vineyard wines of Guigal. We realise the answer may differ for different vintages. But we’d welcome a generalisation if possible ? Or a single vintage: years such as ‘89, ‘90, ‘91 or ‘99? me: In general La Landonne has no Viognier, La Turque has 4 per cent and La Mouline (so often my favourite) has 11 per cent.
