Inspired by European vermouth, produced with a South African twist and indigenous Cape ingredients; this legendary drink featured in all the great cocktail books of the 1930s, including The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Cradock, The Official Mixer’s Manual by Patrick Gavin Duffy and The Bartender’s Bible by Gary Regan. Join us at The Remedy, Fitzrovia on Wednesday 6th July from 3pm to meet this dynamic duo and try this legendary drink.
