COOKING LESSON OF RIOJA TRADITIONAL CUISINE


Guided by an expert Rioja chef we will learn how to cook one of the most typical Rioja recipes, potatoes with chorizo, and a very traditional dessert, pears “from Rincón” in red wine sauce… Valenciso of course! We will tour the winery, to end with a lunch including both dishes.
