This time our Pop-Up will be looking back at the terrific 2012 vintage. Described as rich and ripe, the best are also beautifully balanced with charming fruit and great purity.
2012 brings together elements of both 2009 and 2010, which is no bad thing! It was another tricky growing season that resulted in a short crop, so this is the perfect (and last!) opportunity to snap up some gems from this immensely enjoyable vintage.
Wines will include offerings from
Vincent Dauvissat, Etienne Sauzet, Géantet-Pansiot, Denis Mortet and Coche-Dury.
accompanied by cheese and charcuterie.
