'Flavours of Spring' Menu with Wine Pairings at Polpo @ Ape & Bird

After our success with the Truffle dinner last year, we went back to Polpo's head chef Jason Wass and asked, 'What can we do to top that?' And here is his solution.

Polpo will be serving a five-course taster menu, ‘Flavours of Spring’, especially designed for Honest Grapes, as a celebration of the start of the new season. There will be an exciting menu working around ingredients such as nettle, langoustines, lobster, wood pigeon and new season lamb (check the Honest Grapes website for the full menu.

And all this will be paired with wines picked by our very own Italian expert Tom Harrow. We can guarantee you a great night, excellent company and a satisfied palate!
