Fleur McCree of Little Beauty, Marlborough Retraces her Roots back to Cork as part of the Bringing The Wine Geese Home Series

Thursday 16 May 2013

,

New Zealander and honorary Cork Woman, Fleur McCree of Marlborough-based winery "Little Beauty" retraces her roots back to Cork, (where her grandmother came from) as part of the Bringing the Wine Geese Home Series, which sees both big and small wine producers with Irish connections flying to Cork to take part in an exciting calendar of wine-themed events planned for 2013.

Fleur will give a presentation and tasting of Little Beauty's impressive range of wines, which include a stunning Sauvignon Blanc, more-ish Pinot Gris and sublime Pinot Noir. Fleur will talk about her Irish roots and how Little Beauty came into being.

Canapés, carefully selected to complement the wines, will also be served.

After a fantastic tasting last year, we are delighted to welcome Fleur back as part of The Gathering Ireland 2013 to share her winery's history and the latest vintage of her wines with us.
