Four Decades of Chateau de Beaucastel & Hommage with Richard Brazier

No Chateauneuf-du-Pape ages as well as Chateau de Beaucastel and we will be looking through a span of thirty years and how well they have developed and stayed the course. It is the extra Mourvedre content that allows for slow maturation in the normal blend but with 60-70% in the Hommage wines twenty years is likely to be the minimum to see them at their best.

We will be tasting 2007, 2005, 1998, 1988, 1985, 1981, 1979, 1978 and for Hommage A Jacques Perrin 1995 and 1994.
