In this excellent tasting we shall taste our way through 2 decades of the remarkable JJ Prum from 2001 to 2011 including the famous Auslese Goldkapsel. The wines are all of Prädikat level including Kabinett, Spatlese and Auslese all from the regal Riesling grape variety. This is an excellent opportunity to taste Riesling across different sugar-levels as well as plethora of various vintages from two of JJ Prum's leading vineyards, Wehlener Sonnenuhr (Sundial Vineyard) and Graacher Himmelreich (Kingdom of Heaven Vineyard). As Riesling is one of the greatest white grape varieties to mature there are some true gems to discover on this tasting.
