Barny, Martin and Stephen between them have clocked up more than a hundred year's service at some of the nation's most important stoves. They have been friends for decades but have never cooked in a restaurant together, so we're absolutely delighted they are coming to cook at Bell's for this very special occasion.

All three chefs will contribute their favourite autumn dish in a four-course menu designed perfectly to flatter the centrepiece dish of grouse.In addition, Martin will be bringing along some gems from his acclaimed cellar at Ransome's Dock, and of course wine from Bell's award-winning list will also be available.

There will be a surprise sparkling wine to kick off proceedings then a choice of two starters, three mains and a pudding with a cheese course slipped in between. Non-grouse eaters will be more than welcome and happily accommodated on the menu.

The price for the menu is £55 per head, with a donation going to Barny's brilliant Square Food Foundation.

Tables can be booked at any time from 12.30pm, with the last booking at 8.30pm.
