Handford Wine ​Introduction to Wine ~ Italy

These sessions are open to everyone but particularly relevant to those who have attended our wine school sessions. These are very relaxed tastings where we will taste a number of wines from a particular country or region to glean and understand of how grape, and place can all affect a wines characteristic. In this session – Mick who has spent much of the last two years in Italy sampling many fine wines and getting his hands dirty in the vineyard. Mick will give a whistle stop tour through the vineyards looking at as many of the regions and styles that can be squeezed into 2 hours. These are designed to be informal, informative and a platform to ask any questions you has been too scared to ask before! We will taste 10 wines
