In this session, Mick will build upon the knowledge gleaned in session one as well as introduce and discuss the fundamentals of sparkling wines and fortified wines. There will also be plenty of more time for questions during the discussion.
We will taste 8 wines including examples of fortified wines, sparkling wines and grape varieties not tasted in part one.
