How to open a restaurant, or how not to.


How many of us crave to open a restaurant or gastro-pub? Even if its just a passing fancy, we’re nevertheless curious about the whole business. In this early-evening workshop, food-writer and former restaurateur Nicholas Lander – together with acclaimed chef Alastair Little (who’s opened fourteen restaurants), Itamar Srulovich (of Honey & Co), plus a drizzle of some of the newer, younger restaurateurs – will all reveal their trade secrets.
