Our good friend Simon Woods will be returning to host this special one-off tasting on Louis Jadot wines.

Simon is an award winning wine journalist, whose excellent humour and colourful character always bring joy to wine tasting events. He brings the often complicated and confusing subject of wine back down to earth, and makes wine tasting fun!

Burgundy is probably one of the most historic and respected wine regions in France and as one of its best-known producers, Louis Jadot is well-known for producing some great examples of the classics from across the region – from the tip of Chablis to the toe of Beaujolais, and from Grand Cru to regional Burgundy wines. Set up in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is all about Burgundy. Family owned, the producer’s aim is to express the true nature of Burgundy through their wines – an aim which has remained the same for over 150 years. Their Bacchus head label is a recognisable stamp of quality and consistency from the region. On the night we shall be tasting eight wines (listed below) from different areas in Burgundy, giving you a small taster for Louis Jadot’s range as well as what the region has to offer.
