Masterclass of Dalmatia wines

Wine writer and sommelier, Miquel Hudin will be leading a presentation and tasting of the wines from Dalmatia, Croatia at Barcelona's premier wine bar, Monvínic. The tasting will focus on an overview of the native grapes from the region and the evolution of styles in recent vintages including a sampling of Dalmatian "natural" wine.

Given that it is now widely-known that the grapes called Zinfandel and Primitivo originated in Dalmatia, the tasting will conclude with a side by side comparison of Zinfandel from Sonoma, California, Primitivo from Puglia, Italy, and Tribridrag from Dalmatia, Croatia.
