Masterclass on Georgian wines

A tasting of several wines from Georgia with a focus on wines made by the traditional kvevri method. The talk will cover the history, now certified as dating back at least 8,000 years and will cover the modern changes to the winemaking industry as well as the unique native grape varieties they lay claim to.

The tasting and lecture will be led Miquel Hudin, wine journalist, certified sommelier, and creator of the Vinologue series of wine guides.
