The interest in Alsace has transformed over the last 30 years and partly due to a proliferation of good vintages. At this tasting we will be concentrating on the older versions and see just how well time has treated them. As with Sauternes the age span is a long one but one rarely gets a chance to taste so many together of such maturity. We will be tasting
