Our hugely popular "Taste Like A Pro" series returns on 03 July!
Each session focus on the specific elements of terroir and winemaking that influence style and quality.
In this tasting, we will focus our the wines from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation of Northern Italy.
The region is home to an exciting collection of unique "terroirs" each incredibly beautiful and also fascinating in the way they influence the resulting wines.
Through a tasting of 13 of the regions best examples, we will have a chance to explore the amazing complexity possible in a Prosecco and understand why its best expression is found in Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
We will taste 1 wine of each of the following producer:

This tasting will be led by JC Viens, who is a Certified Tutor of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and a holder of the WSET Diploma (Merit). He is now studying to become Master of Wine. Avid wine lover and a storyteller, he has traveled extensively throughout the various wines regions around the world and especially Italy.
