Vin de Constance is a sweet, luscious dessert wine from South Africa. Since it's debut vintage in 1986, this wine has consistently appeared in lists of the world's top 10 wines.
This will be a unique tasting of four vintages of this great wine including 1993, 2005, 2006 and 2007 matched beautifully with four food matches prepared by Oundle Mill's head chef, Gavin Austin.
The tasting will be led by winemaker Matt Day and managing director Hans Astrom, via Skype.
