We will tour our vineyards in Villalba and Ollauri, guided by Julian Palacios, from Enonatura, one of the leading Spanish experts in sustainable viticulture. Julian will tell us the organic and sustainable practices we observe for our grapes. We will end with a glass of Valenciso!
